15 ^aOne ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the ^bstranger be before the Lord.

  9 These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the ^astranger that ^bsojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation.
