THE BOOK OF THE PROPHET
ISAIAH
CHAPTER 45
  13 I have raised ahim up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall bbuild my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for cprice nor reward, saith the Lord of hosts.
