39 And then shall ye know that I have ^aseen Jesus, and that he hath talked with me ^bface to face, and that he told me in ^cplain humility, even as a man telleth another in mine own language, concerning these things;

  63 And as I said unto mine apostles, even so I say unto you, for you are mine ^aapostles, even God’s high priests; ye are they whom my Father hath ^bgiven me; ye are my ^cfriends;

  62 And again, verily I say unto you, my ^afriends, I leave these ^bsayings with you to ^cponder in your hearts, with this commandment which I give unto you, that ye shall ^dcall upon me while I am near—

  45 Verily, I say unto my servant Joseph Smith, Jun., or in other words, I will call you ^afriends, for you are my friends, and ye shall have an inheritance with me—

  9 And Moses said unto ^aJoshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the ^brod of God in mine hand.

  13 And Moses rose up, and his minister ^aJoshua: and Moses went up into the ^bmount of God.

  17 And when ^aJoshua heard the noise of the people as they ^bshouted, he said unto Moses, There is a noise of war in the camp.

  28 And ^aJoshua the son of ^bNun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

  34 ¶ In his days did Hiel the Beth-elite build ^aJericho: he laid the foundation thereof in Abiram his firstborn, and set up the gates thereof in his youngest son Segub, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by Joshua the son of ^bNun.

  17 And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made ^abooths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of ^bJeshua the son of ^cNun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.
