10 If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her ^aduty of marriage, shall he not diminish.

  43 David also took ^aAhinoam of Jezreel; and they were also both of them his ^bwives.

  13 ¶ And David took him more concubines and ^awives out of Jerusalem, after he was come from Hebron: and there were yet ^bsons and daughters born to David.

  3 And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his ^awives turned away his heart.

  15 And now it came to pass that the people of Nephi, under the reign of the second king, began to grow hard in their hearts, and indulge themselves somewhat in wicked practices, such as like unto David of old desiring many ^awives and ^bconcubines, and also Solomon, his son.
